hey guys.... so here is another oen of my cakes...
We (my partner Annette and I) made this cake last week for a wedding on Friday. As far as flavors and decoration it was fairly simple. The bride wanted a vanilla cake with strawberry filling. So instead of making a cake with plain vanilla bean or vanilla extract we added vanilla coffee creamer.... weird right?? but it came out SOOO GOOD and MOIST!! and we used fresh strawberry preserves. The heart shaped cakes were then covered in white fondant and decorated with red ribbon and red (plastic) roses. I'm really proud at how this cake came out, simple but classy...
